You can’t choose your family, but you can choose your family builder.
As we near December 25th, there is a feeling in the air of excitement, urgency and joy that only the festive season brings. For many, the festive season is the coming together of family to enjoy a happy holiday and things couldn’t be better. But for some of us, this is the time when we’re reminded that we can’t choose our family, especially when said family crazy arrives at the airport with red sequined cowboy boots, a singing dancing elf hat and a string of Christmas lights around their neck. Or is that just me?

The family team at DRHomes, know what a fresh young couple needs, they know what would really help a family with small or large children, they even know what will help retirees looking to downsize. How? Because that’s who our team is; we are the people that haven’t had children, we are the people that have small children, we are the people with children in highschool or flying the coop, we’re even the people whose children have flown the coop. Everyday our team travels to work from their homes on the Southside, Northside, West and even inner city. We know SE QLD all the way from Toowoomba to Noosa down to Coolloongatta and out to Beaudesert, this is our arena. DRHomes might be based in Loganholme but our team live in every direction and that means, we know the conditions you’re building in because we’re locals too. We use this knowledge to or for our clients advantage by designing and building our homes for South East Queensland conditions (not Melbourne or Sydney).
3. Your neighbours, are our neighbours
Our reputation means the world to us because your neighbourhood is our neighbourhood too. So, we do everything we can to make sure that when someone asks you about DRHomes, you have a smile and nothing but a happy experience to talk about.

Our Director and his wife, our workflow manager, started DRHomes with a vision and passion to be a builder for the mums and dads, new home buyers and downsizers alike. Working in the industry led to a growing frustration for our Director with the smoke and mirrors around inclusions versus exclusions. He would see many people led astray by these tactics and devastated by the end result. So, he saw his opportunity to bridge a gap that no one else wanted to, providing an end product home with everything you would expect from the front door all the way down to the little things like flyscreens that a new buyer wouldn’t necessarily think about.
