Our HomestarterPlus inclusions combine functionality and affordability to deliver a home that’s complete from the very beginning. From the outside your home will include Colorbond Steel roofing with full sarking, and a stylish façade as shown in the design plan.
Benefit from all of the little things that make a big difference, like white ceiling fans, flyscreens, vertical blinds, LED downlights, 20mm Caesarstone benchtops, quality flooring throughout and more.

Elevate We can appreciate that sometimes it is nice to add those little luxuries that make your home that little bit more polished, and our Elevate inclusions offer just that!
Think higher ceilings throughout, 900mm stainless steel kitchen appliances, epoxy garage floor, LED downlights, roller blinds, stainless steel ceiling fans AND a split system air conditioner in the living room.
Considering one of our acreage designs? Our Elevate range includes Two (2) 22,500 litre in-ground concrete water tanks, bio treatment plant (Home sewage treatment plant) & N3 wind rating. Don’t need them for your lot? No problem! These can be removed, giving you a bit of extra cash back in your pocket.
Generally, our Elevate range will suit those looking to build their second or third home, looking to add a few extra standout features.
